Vacuum degassing for optimum quality
Nippon Chuzo uses LAVD vacuum degassing systems to eliminate oxygen and nitrogen from steel melt and prevent oxides and impurities that can lead to pinholes and blowholes. Higher purity steel means fewer defects and a higher quality product.
