In addition, we actively pursue joint R&D projects with external partners such as the JFE Group.

Working together to share theoretical and practical expertise and experience

At Nippon Chuzo, we understand the importance of pooling the combined theoretical and practical expertise and experience of the workforce as a means of finding innovative solutions for the needs of the market. Collaboration goes beyond the confines of specific processes by linking the Castings Division, the Engineering Division and the Construction Materials Division as well as the three operational domains of design, development and production.

A workplace environment that encourages good communication

Nippon Chuzo has implemented a teamwork scheme whereby experienced veterans pass on their skills and knowledge to younger employees. Employees with less than ten years of service are required to attend briefings on important aspects of work as well as group discussions that serve as both a learning experience and a team-building exercise.
